10.3 The phjill Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phjill makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. phjill does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phjill's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
11.1 phjill reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if phjill reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
11.2 Upon closure of your account for breach of these Terms, phjill reserves the right to withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, phjill may forfeit all or part of your balance in accordance with these Terms.
11.3 You may close your phjill account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
11.4 Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 7, 9, 10, and 12 — shall survive the termination or expiry of these Terms.
